Crown Habitat 2021, Foothills, Salem City It is located opposite Modern Theatre Road in the middle of Salem City. It was a small hill viewpoint that was 20 feet above the ground level and was leveled by a great work because of its ups and downs and was compounded by huge rocks, as such done by kings of those days in fort construction, which was a special work done by none in this field. It’s the first hillside layout site, which is developed into gated community plots (17 esteemed housing plots). The whole plot has a Yercaud hill view. The plot has a 1-acre garden. It also has a walking path, a sit-out area, car parking with in-and-out entrances with two gates, and a casabella dome design in which a small function can also be organized within the gated community itself. It is full of nature gardens with plenty of greens and flowers, which make our minds full of peace. It gives more privacy space with a gated community. All these facilities come under only 2 acres itself with more space.

Kalvarayan Hills farmland, 2022, Salem district It is a beautiful hill station that has famous nurseries and fruit farms. This fruit orchard is the 2nd largest in South Asia, around 1054 acres in the East Salem district. We developed a 140-acre land situated in Chinamaacode village, Kalvarayan hills. It was a huge space of 3 small hills together with unorganized farming then it was also leveled by us with several machines, which made it into a special area of individual hill stations cultivated with silver oaks, pepper, areca nuts, and mangoes.
